1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Anamorphic Labs, Inc. ("Anamorphic Labs," “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.anamorphiclabs.com website (the “Site”). The Site functions strictly as a corporate information and lead-generation platform. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. You and Anamorphic Labs agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Colorado, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
